Early Bird Tuition: $3497 With a deposit of $500 before September 15, 2019. Full Payment of $2997 is due before October 15th, 2019. Early Bird EXTRA: Pay in full and receive $100 toward a spa treatment!

Regular Tuition: $3997 With a deposit of $500 before October 15, 2019. Full Payment of $3497 is due before October 15th, 2019.

Refer a friend: When you refer a friend who attends the retreat and receive a $200 discount!

RESERVATION POLICIES:

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before you register for the retreat.

 Definitions

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending the Illuminate Your Soul’s True Path retreat, including the possibility of rescheduling attendance to a future event.

 “You” refers to the guest booking the Illuminate Your Soul’s True Path retreat.

 “We” and “Us” refers to Patricia F. Long, LCSW-C


DEPOSIT

The retreat deposit of $500. is non-refundable. My retreat preparation work begins with your registration. Your deposit goes toward covering some of that work.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation by Patricia Long

If Patricia Long must cancel the retreat for any reason, you may:

1.    Transfer any payments made at the time of cancellation to pay for a future event  OR

2.   Request a refund of any payments made and receive a full refund from us.

Cancellation by you, the guest:

1.     Accommodation fees

 If you cancel your retreat registration before 9/15/19, 50% of the accommodation fees will be refunded to you.  The other 50% of the fees will have already been paid to the homeowner.

If you cancel on or after 9/15/19, you will forfeit all the accommodation fees, because those fees will have already been paid to the homeowner. 

 

2.   Retreat Tuition

If you cancel your retreat registration on or before 9/30/19, 100% of your retreat tuition will be refunded to you.

If you cancel between 10/1/19 and 10/16/19, 50% of your retreat tuition will be refunded to you. the
